Norma Solberg, CCP

Making a decision to turn her passion into a career, Norma Solberg enrolled in the Professional Chef’s Program at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in 2004.  She graduated with honors in both lab and academics and was privileged to receive the Anthony Spinazzola Award for her dedication to both school and cuisine. She earned the Certified Culinary Professional certificate from the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). Norma has worked as a personal chef and currently works as the executive chef for Miss Jeanie’s Creative Catering in Newton.  She is currently a teaching assistant in the baking program of the Professional Chef's Program at CSCA and enjoys being an instructor in the Recreational Program because “you learn something new every day!”
