Lisa Raffael Demonstrates Fondant Rolling at
Alumni Social
The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts hosted its third Alumni Social, Advanced Cake Decorating, on Monday, March 22. The social spotlighted the fondant wizardry of Lisa Raffael '92, who owns Delicious Desserts in Falmouth, MA. Lisa began the program by icing cakes, rolling fondant, and forming ribbons and rose bouquets. Fifteen alumni participated in the event. Each rolled fondant and formed shapes with the fondant to adorn a wedding cake.

In addition to the demonstrations and hands-on instruction, Lisa
answered questions about her education, job history, and her
career.
