TV Diner Explores Shucking,
Cooking, and Eating Oysters with Greg Reeves
It’s
all about Oysters! Do you like the big or small ones? Do you prefer them from
Maine or Massachusetts? Mollusks and Bivalves? With an extensive list to choose
from at Barbara Lynch’s B+G Oysters, TV Diner and Billy Costa will be trained to
become true OYSTER EXPERTS! Billy welcomes
Greg Reeves, a graduate of the
Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. He has worked in some of Boston's
best kitchens including Aquitaine Bistro and Upstairs on the Square
before assuming the position of Chef de Cuisine at Chef Barbara
Lynch's B&G Oysters.

The show featuring Greg Reeves airs Saturday, January 6, 2007, at 10:00 am & 7:00pm and repeats on Sunday at 5:00 am and weekdays at 3:30 pm.
