CSCA Alumna Named Best Pastry Chef by Boston Magazine
[August 1, 2012] In its annual "Best of" issue, Boston Magazine named a few hundred of Boston's local businesses, restaurants, shops, and people as Boston's best. Among the honorees was Jessica Scott, a graduate of The CSCA's Professional Chef's Program in 2007. Jess, the Pastry Chef at Craigie on Main, was deemed "Boston's Best Pastry Chef 2012."
Earlier this year, Jess received due recognition by FOOD & WINE Magazine when the editors nominated her as a contender in its "People's Best New Pastry Chef 2012" online voting competition.
Jessica has worked at award-winning L'Espalier restaurant as well as Petit Robert Bistro in Boston and Straight Wharf Restaurant on Nantucket.
