The CSCA Hosts Book Signing with Chef Joanne Chang, Author of Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston's Flour Bakery + Cafe


Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston's Flour Bakery & CafeJoanne Chang is the owner of three Flour Bakery + Cafe locations in Boston and Cambridge, Myers+Chang Restaurant, and is the impressive winner of the sticky bun "Throwdown with Bobby Flay." On Saturday, March 19 at 10:30am, The CSCA will host Chef Joanne with a cooking demonstration and book signing. Joanne will demonstrate a few items from her new cookbook, including her famous sticky buns, chocolate cupcakes with crispy magic frosting, and more.
