CSCA Students and Staff Participate in Cheese Tasting for Culture Magazine
[March 21, 2012] Culture Magazine invited CSCA students to participate in a cheese tasting and wine paring event for a video to correspond with their centerfold story on Bonnie Blue Farms in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Students and staff tasted Tanasi Tomme (goat's milk) cheese paired with a Riesling and a Gewurztraminer wine created by Windsor Vineyards to pair with the tomme.
In the video posted on Culture Magazine's website, students, staff, and instructors give their opinions on taste, recipe ideas, and how the wine complements the Tanasi Tomme.
CSCA participants included Simone Montalli, Genevieve Forde, Megan Sullivan, Alex Lombino, Eileen Price, Kate Ellingwood, Casey Myers, Denise Mastrovito, Matt Grymek, Elizabeth Hart, and Julie Burba.
