Roberta Dowling, Director of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, and her Italian cuisine class from January 2004 will be featured on an upcoming Christmas special on The Food Network. An Italian Christmas with Mario and Giada will air four times during the month of December.
The show features Mario Battali (Molto Mario and Ciao
America) and Giada DeLaurentiis (Everyday Italian) exploring unique Italian
traditions throughout the country. Mario, Giada, and the crew filmed Roberta's
Italian class in early January. The feature of the segment was Roberta's
specialty raviolis and authentic antipasti dishes. Students were filmed with
Mario and Giada making the raviolis and antipasti. The segment wrapped with everyone,
including Mario and Giada, sitting down to a holiday feast. The actual show will feature six locations, including the
